Overview

Meet at 10.30 on the main concourse of Blackfriars station (Circle & District lines, City Thameslink and Southern).  Toilets in station.  Now that the Thames Path on the north side has been completed, join me for a mostly flat and easy walk, viewing the South Bank from a different perspective, learning about a well-known school for boys, a once-famous theatre, an amazing waste disposal operation, a wonderfully descriptive mosaic, and see some beautiful buildings. Finishing at Tower Hill (Circle  and District lines and DLR) for toilets and refreshments.
