Come for a winter walk on the magnificent Bodmin Moor finishing with the possible spectacle of hundreds of thousands of starlings roosting near Rough Tor. We will climb Showery Tor, Little Rough Tor and Brown Willy before crossing open moorland and fields to reach Garrow then King Arthur's Hall. We will return across moorland via Candra, Alex Tor and Louden Tor with its rocking stone.
There is livestock on the moor and dogs will need to be on a lead for most of this walk.
Please book using the email bar or by contacting Sylvie directly. Maximum number 12.
The walk will be repeated if it is oversubscribed. It will be postponed if the weather is poor.
The starlings have been seen throughout November and December but there is no guarantee they will perform! Bring a hot drink and extra layers if you intend to stay to watch them.
Remember lunch, snacks and a drink.
Walking boots essential.
