Walk Description
From the car park, we follow an established path around part of Bolam Lake, till we cross a road and continue over farm tracks towards East Shaftoe Hall. With gentle undulation throughout, we traverse craggy fields till we encounter Riper's Chair (weather permitting, our lunch spot) and Shaftoe Craggs, returning through Salters Nick. We walk along a minor road for a short distance on our return, till we head through woodland back to the car park.

Please note, there are cows in most fields
