Overview

This is a Valeways published walk, an area that we've walked many times. There will be some mud, see-saw rocky stiles and maybe a golf ball or two enroute as we walk through Cottrell Park.

This walk route makes use of the Vale's central ridge, elevation around 300-400 feet above sea level.

There are many attractions in the walk - small lakes, historical interest and an attractive woodland.

There are many significant climbs on the walk.
