Overview

The walk starts at the top of the limestone ridge on which the three villages sit.

We walk through a small woodland area and descend to the open fertile plains below.

The views are long and the skies wide. There are lots of birds and some military aircraft to be seen flying in the area.

The terrain is mainly wide green lanes, farm tracks, small lanes and woodland.

There are 2 stiles, (one a bit wobbly) and a few wooden bridges (in good condition)'

Dogs would have to be lifted over the stiles.

Boots recommended.

Usual coffee and lunch stops so please bring your own refreshments PLUS something to sit on as we may have to sit on the ground.
