Overview

The route follows the Leeds and Liverpool canal, descending through a woodland trust site to join the newly resurfaced disused railway path. We re-join the canal to Top Lock pass Hindley Hall Golf Club, Borsdane Wood and back to Haigh Hall. The walk is on good paths and one stile.
