Overview

This Sunday Ramble offers a lovely and varied walk from the picturesque Bowood Estate, past Bowood Lake, through Calne, along the old canal and then back through the Estate. Largely good tracks, though still some muddy sections and about 6 stiles. Not too much elevation; woodlands and lovely views.

Everyone is welcome. If you would like to join this walk, please notify the walk leader (Jane O 07867865601) or email swrsundaywalks@gmail.com.

If you would like to car share, please let the walk leader know when you book and we will hopefully be able to facilitate this.

There will be two stops during the day for coffee and lunch (please bring a picnic)

Assistance dogs only.
