Overview

Circular walk starting at St Peter's Chapel car park and taking an anti-clockwise route along an old Roman road, across fields and stopping at Bradwell marina where refreshments may be purchased. Toilet facilities are available there too. We will then continue eastwards along the embankment of the River Blackwater with views across the estuary to Mersea Island, before turning southwards along the sea wall and returning via the Chapel to the car park. The route is basically flat and over even ground.
