Overview

This circular amble starts in Branston and follows paths by the beck to Heighington. The return is by another route in open countryside. It is an easy 4½ miles on good paths with no styles.  On the way are views to Dunston Pillar, the Wolds and the cathedral. 

Branston is served by the Number 2 bus service, but do check the times.
