Overview

A mainly level walk including some coastal, farmland and canal walking. We'll visit Glasson Dock, Cockersands Abbey ruins, and Cockerham, finishing off along the Lancaster Canal and Glasson Branch.

Directions to car park: Follow Corricks Lane in front of the Stork Hotel to reach the Conder Green Picnic Site car park.

Parking: ALL DRIVERS NOTE: Conder Green Picnic Site parking fee is payable via the RingGo parking app, £1.20 all day, and you are strongly recommended to download the RingGo app if you don’t already have it on your phone. Otherwise it can be a lengthy process on the day to get your credit/debit card and vehicle details registered. Please allow extra time in any case.
