A circular walk from Bridge of Allan utilising tracks and some quiet country roads.
The walk begins by following a track on the west side of the Allan Water and then on the Darn Road for a short distance. Pisgah Wood is next until Glen Road is reached, and this is followed all the way back into Bridge of Allan where the route then heads through Mine Wood until Cocksburn Reservoir is reached. After a short section of country road walking the route heads through Hermitage Wood until it emerges at the east side of Bridge of Allan.
A pretty walk which takes in woods, rivers, a reservoir, some urban developments, and with views of Dumyat and Wallace's Monument.
Gradients are moderate except for a few quite short steep sections.
