We are the Isle of Wight Ramblers. We arrange walks, monitor paths and help our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Meet at 10.30 in Jubilee Car Park, Lynch Lane. Please car considerately. Overflow car park in Strawberry Lane.
The walk takes us through Brighstone Forest, crossing Lynch Lane to Westover Farm, then up through Westover Down, returning down Mottistone Down to the car park around 1.30pm. Some of the best scenery on the island. It's around 5 miles. We will take a break for a picnic lunch or a snack.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Take water, insect repellent, sunscreen etc. New walkers welcome - membership encouraged after three walks.
