We are the South Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk is offered by Jane and Rose as a 10 or 12 mile option starting in Broad Chalke (there is a church service on so please park considerately near the shop/pub) heading to Fovant and Compton Chamberlayne and returning. The total height gains are 951ft and 1115ft with 3 fairly steep climbs on both routes. The conditions are expected to still be fairly challenging. We will have coffee and a picnic lunch together, before separating at the 8 mile point.
