This Sunday Ramble will introduce you to a new permissive bridleway that links Pitton to Firsdown. We start in Farley then head north to Pitton along the edge of Hounds Wood. There we pick up the new permissive bridleway and an old forgotton path to join Monarch's Way/Roman Road near Firsdown. We continue on Monarch's Way then Clarendon Way to West Winterslow; from there returning to the cars at Farley. Generally good tracks and paths; some road walking in Pitton. Great panoramic views.
