A fairly flat walk from Broadwas towards Lower Broadheath and back in a figure of eight, partly along the Three Choirs Way. We will be working up an appetite before having our Christmas lunch at The Royal Oak. The lunch must be prebooked (details on Worcester Ramblers website) but everyone is welcome to join the walk
PLEASE READ THE NEW DETAILS BELOW:
The walk was revisited on Friday 8th March. The fields are very wet but the route remains walkable and mostly easy. There are a couple of very short sections where the water will be onto boots laces so this walk needs to be done in waterproof hiking boots or wellingtons. There are also a couple of short slippery sections where a pole is useful. There are about 12 stiles, some of which are awkward and slippy.
Please bring a drink and a snack for our mid walk break. If you are not eating or drinking at the pub, please park elsewhere in the village. Wipes will be useful for the mid walk break as stiles are dirty.
Don't forget to wear your Christmas Hats & Jumpers
