Overview

This Saturday walk will be a more challenging and strenuous walk due to the distance, terrain and combination of ascents and descents.

We start the walk from the car park at Derbyshire Bridge which can be found on Google Maps or Grid Ref SK018715. This is a free car park with a toilet, car sharing advised where possible.

From the Derbyshire Bridge we will head uphill to reach Burbage Edge and then head along the moor before descending to Errwood Reservoir. We will then go back uphill and pass Oldgate Nick, Cats Tor and Shining Tor before returning to our starting point via Goyt’s Moss.

Gaiters advised, lunch required.
