Linear to Langley Station led by Jane R (Mobile No: 07906 987503) over gently undulating terrain via Haymill Valley, Burnham Beeches National Nature Reserve (a relic of the great primeval forest that once covered much of Buckinghamshire), Farnham Common, Stoke Poges village, St Giles’s churchyard (immortalised by Thomas Gray in his “Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard”), Wexham Park Hospital and Langley Park. Lunch stop at ‘The Red Lion’ pub, Stoke Green but bring own food. Several drop out points by bus. Map: E172, L175/176.
