We are the Newark Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for another of Jim's walks in beautiful Derbyshire countryside. This time we will be starting from Calver and taking in the villages of Stoney Middleton, Eyam, Bretton and Froggatt. There will be a number of climbs but we will stop for coffee, lunch and catching our breath. Whereas for regular Newark ramblers, used to local flatlands, this walk may seem more strenuous than usual, the lovely panoramic views will make our efforts worthwhile.
