Overview

From the car park we head south, skirting the German War Cemetery, and head into Brindley Valley passing a Pet memorial area and stopping at the Deer Observation platform for refreshments. The route then heads to Marquis's Drive  visitor centre (Toilets available) and from there descends into Birches Valley and the visitors centre area for lunch (Toilets available).

The route then ascends to the Five Ways Trig point and from there traverses Sherbrook Valley back to the car park.

There are no stiles and the terrain is predominantly forest tracks with a few single track sections.
