From Moor's Gorse car park we will walk along Marquis Drive to Beaudesert Old Park, around the perimeter of the golf club, returning across Rainbow Hill. We will have two breaks, a short one for coffee and a longer one for lunch later in the walk.
Moor's Gorse car park, A460 Hednesford-Rugeley Road. If coming from Rugeley, the turning for the carpark is on your LEFT, about 1/2 mile AFTER the layby in the dip opposite the turning for Slitting Mill Road (where we have started walks from on several occasions). If coming from Hednesford, cross the traffic lights at the Rawnsley Road junction and continue past the turning for the Cannock Chase Enterprise Centre. The turning for the carpark is a little over a mile further, on your RIGHT.
