Overview

A beautiful walk in the magnificent (and less visually industrialised) Royal Forest of Dean. The walk starts in the centre of Lydney and follows well trodden forest paths, with some lovely views early in the walk of the two seven crossings, before heading through the forest, visiting Pillowell and Parkend, returning through the Parkhill enclosure en-route to Brockhollands, Orchard Wood and home.
