Overview

From Hillend we will walk up through Erraid Wood nature reserve and joining the Capital View path below Caerketton. Good tracks with good views (in good weather!) with a further loop extending the walk towards Dreghorn, before returning to Swanston and then back to Hillend.

Edinburgh group grade: B (short).
