Overview

The walk starts at the bus stop at Skeffington on the junction between Main Street and Uppingham Road. The  route passes through Tilton on the Hill, Lowesby and Old Ingarsby, several deserted villages, Lowesby Hall, Quenby Hall and two former railway stations. It finishes at Bowhill Grove in Leicester from where there are frequent buses to Leicester City Centre,
