Chess Valley Walk (from beginning to end)

This walks follows the entire length of the Chess Valley, starting at its source in Chesham. We will follow the valley around mills, Latimer, watercress beds, the Royal Masonic School and then complete our journey at Rickmansworth, where the River Chess meets the River Colne. The path is well used and generally clear but please be mindful that it can be flooded and/or muddy in places if there has been a lot of rain. There may be the opportunity for a quick pub stop at Church End early afternoon but please bring a packed lunch. Meet at the ticket office at Chesham station which is on the Metropolitan Line. There is a large car park at the station.

This walk has two leaders, Becky and Lorraine, and they have set a limit of 25 walkers and require you to book. To book a place on the walk please text Becky on 07905 705190 giving your name and mobile phone number. If your plans change please let Becky know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
