A scenic open walk with views over the Gade Valley and taking in part of The Grand Union Canal around Kings Langley. Please bring along a packed lunch and drinks for the day. We will be stopping for lunch at Bedmond Playing Fields with a drinks option at pub or local shop.
Meet at the top car park at Bunkers Hill Open Space off the Bedmond Road between Bedmond & Leverstock Green. Grid Ref: TL086059. Approximate post code HP3 8LJ which will take you nearer to Leverstock Green.
Participants on this walk need to have suitable footwear and equipment and be able to walk the distance and terrain so please consider this before booking. If you are unsure then please contact the walk leader before booking to ascertain whether this walk is suitable for you. Please remember to bring along your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card with details of emergency contacts, medical conditions and medications.
The leader has set a limit of 18 walkers and requires you to book. If your plans change please let the leader know in case there is a waiting list. Your details will be used solely for the purpose of the walk and will then be destroyed.
