A scenic and varied walk in the northern part of the Cotswolds in rolling countryside taking in four fabulous villages with thatched cottages built of warm honey coloured Cotswolds stone: Chipping Campden, Ebrington, Paxford and Broad Campden. We will have a late coffee stop in the pretty village of Ebrington and lunch at Paxton village green. After Paxton we walk up the only significant hill to the delightful village of Broad Campden. From there we walk the last mile across fields back to Chipping Campden and enjoy the fine views of the church. There will be an opportunity to enjoy refreshments at the Eight Bells Inn upon our return. Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers and Wolverhampton Ramblers.
We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:15am. The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Personal medication, e.g. asthma inhalers and angina sprays, must be carried by the walkers themselves.
All walkers should carry an ICE card or a contact number in case of emergency.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Walkers will need a packed lunch.

Car park opposite McDonald's, Daw End Lane, Rushall, Walsall.
Chipping Campden School car park, Cidermill Lane, Chipping Campden. M5 to junction 6, then A4538 and A44 towards Evesham. At A46 island take 3rd exit (A46 Cheltenham, Oxford) then L onto B4035 (Chipping Campden), in Weston-sub-Edge L onto B4632 and when B4632 turns L keep ahead on B4035 into Chipping Campden. L at Cidermill Lane to find car park.
