We are the Redditch Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk where you are encouraged to wear a Christmas Hat, the sillier the better. The walk is from Astwood Bank Social Club towards New End, walking the Malvern side on the way out and the Warwickshire side on the way back.
Now for the important part – after the walk we are invited into Astwood Bank Social Club where we have use of a private room to enjoy your sandwiches and get drinks from the bar. To embrace our community/Christmas spirit we are suggesting a ‘bring and share’ where you bring either savoury or sweet items which we will put on a table and enjoy amongst ourselves together with your own sandwiches. If you are coming let Paul know and he will add you to a Whatsapp Group where we can share what we plan to bring so we hopefully have a good spread of items. Please bring a change of shoes so we keep the Club clean.
If you don’t want to do the walk but would enjoy the get together at the Astwood Bank Social Club you are most welcome to join us at 12.30pm.
