Overview

A challenging walk over boulders and rocks in places with wet and muddy areas and tracks across open areas. Depending on the weather the walk may have to be changed on the day. Joint walk with Sandwell Ramblers and Wolverhampton Ramblers.

If you suffer from vertigo or have concerns about your mobility, this walk may not be for you.

We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:00am.  The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
Please arrive at the start at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time to allow a prompt start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Walkers should check on www.walsallramblers.org.uk that the walk has not been cancelled before leaving home.
Personal medication, e.g. asthma inhalers and angina sprays, must be carried by the walkers themselves.
All walkers should carry an ICE card or a contact number in case of emergency.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Walkers will need a packed lunch.
Please notify the leader if you intend to travel direct to the walk start.

Easthope Road car par, Church Stretton, Shropshire. Leave Walsall by M54, at end of motorway keep ahead onto A5, at next island take first exit (A5 North Wales), at Dobbies Island take first exit (A49 Leominster) and follow A49 to B4371 junction (lights). Turn R here then take second L (Easthope Road) to find car park on R.
