Overview

A 9.5 mile circular route starting at Manningtree railway station.
We'll head out on the Essex Way past Lawford Church, leaving it on the outskirts of Dedham to take some perhaps lesser-known paths, before a lunch-stop giving wide views over the Vale. We'll return via the village itself.
