We head towards Edlesborough church then a short walk along the Hemel to Leighton Buzzard road where we pick up footpaths taking us up a gentle ascent of Ivinghoe Beacon. A short drink to admire the views then a descent following the base of Steps Hill before descending to the village green in Ivinghoe where a cafe with toilet facilities is available. The return to Edlesborough is via Northall using sections of the Two Ridges link. The second half of the walk is flat. Possible pub lunch at the Swan Inn, Northall after the walk.
Park in the recreation ground carpark off Pebblemoor, opposite the new Tesco Express, or park courteously along Pebblemoor.
