Overview

Meet outside Crooked Billet P.H. Park under flyover (Belton Gardens) (Parking fee) or check surrounding streets. The walk will include 'Poppies on the Pier' where the full length of Southend Pier will be transformed into a moving sea of red as thousands of knitted and crocheted poppies. This installation will mark Remembrance Day. There is an entry fee for the Pier, £3.10 adult and £2.10 for over 60s. Lunch at 6 miles in the Southend seafront area.
