Starting at the junction between Rempstone Road and Merley Lane, this walk takes us along the Castleman Trailway to the outskirts of Broadstone.  We go briefly along the Roman Road and on to Ashington Cutting, an old disused Railway embankment and then into Happy Bottom.  We return to the start point along the Stour Valley Way, passing the Willett Arms on the way.
