A circular walk from Pirbright via Merrist Wood, the Fox Way, Henley Park Lake and Stanford Common

This is a lovely and varied circular walk, leaving Pirbright and walking across heathland down to Fox Corner, picking up the footpath across meadowland to Merrist Wood.  We then follow the Fox Way down to Henley Park Lake, across Stanford Common and back to Pirbright.  Along the way there's a chance of seeing varied wildlife, including roe deer, ground nesting birds and perhaps even the local goats.

Refreshments are available at the start and end of the walk at The Cricketers on the Green and the White Hart in Pirbright.
