Overview

The walk is a mix of open farmland, tracks, woods and country lanes. It is a circular walk going from Bighton to Bishops Sutton, passing Gundleton and back to Bighton. Crossing the watercress line twice.

We cross a couple of ploughed fields, which are uneven, they were dry when I did the walk but if we have rain they could be muddy. There is one stile. A few gentle inclines but one short steep hill. The country lanes are very quiet. Please wear sturdy footwear and walking poles if you use them. Bring a drink and snack and we will have a short stop.
