NOTE: YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR NATIONAL TRUST MEMBERSHIP CARD TO ACCESS THE GROUNDS OF CLIVEDEN FREE OF CHARGE. IF YOU ARE NOT A NATIONAL TRUST MEMBER, THE CHARGE IS £21.
Cliveden promises ‘an enchanting Christmas experience’ as ‘scenes from The Nutcracker come to life across the estate’ aka there will be some giant soldiers and sparkly arches made to look like candy canes.
Our walk will take these in, and we will continue through the woodland and along the river, before ending at the Conservatory café.
Expect some muddy stretches, a bit of sharp downhill and some steep steps up towards the end.
All are welcome to join Chris for a drink at the end at the café, where you can also buy lunch (or bring your own snack/sandwich) to eat after the walk.
