First of the Spring walks in the seasonal series.
Starting from Hedgerley we walk past the church and into Hedgerley Green. Turning in a south-easterly direction we pass by Low farm and into Fulmer where we will have lunch. There are plenty of benches in the village centre. We then cross Stoke Common and wend our way around Stoke wood and Hedgerley Hill back to Hedgerley.
There will be an option for refreshments at the White horse afterwards.
The way could be muddy in parts and although fairly flat there is a steeper downhill section in Hedgerley Hill woods. Poles may be useful.
