A walk primarily along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with excellent views. There will be some climbs and stiles, with mud in places, with good sites for coffee and lunch breaks. Tides permiting there may be an oportunity to walk some sections on the beach. Some sections of path may be narrow with exposed tree roots to negotiate.
Sorry, not suitable for dogs.
On the outward route there is one section of 160 steep steps downhill, unfortunatley on the way back it will be 160 steps up hill.
Check group web site the day before the walk for any last minute changes,
