We are a very active and friendly Ramblers group. Our programme explores the most attractive countryside in the surrounding area including the Surrey Hills.
This 7 mile flat, figure of eight walk starts at the Colne Valley visitor centre (nearest postcode UB9 5PG) which has a cafe and toilets. This is also the lunch stop and opt out point after 4 miles. Car parking charges apply, Ringo or card payments.
The walk takes in Denham country park and the Grand Union canal before lunch then crosses fields to Denham village and returning via a path through Denham golf club. As lunch will be early there won't be a coffee stop but there's an option for coffee before the walk starts.
