Overview

The walks starts with a scramble through Bull Scar to the Dib before reaching Conistone Pie. Retracing our foot steps a short distance before moving on to Bycliffe Road (track) to Kelber, then moorland to Yarnbury where the mine workings are. The mineworking are over several sights with notice boards explaining its history. After exploring this area the walk continues down Hebden Beck through Hebden to the River Wharfe. Continuing along the Wharfe to Linton Falls and then to Grassington. Returning to Conistone along the Dales Way. Pub stop in Grassington.

Although this is a long walk it isn't very hard. The only effort is up to the Pie and gaining some height onto the Dales Way.
