A lovely ramble in the attractive countryside around Coughton, passing through the hamlets of New End, Netherstead and Spurnall. It's a varied walk with a nice mixture of farmland, parkland and woodland. Beginning and ending on the Arden Way, the walk includes a section of the Heart of England Way, as well as going through bits of the new Heart of England Forest.
It is mostly easy walking on good paths and tracks and a short section of road. There are some gentle undulations but no steep climbs and no stiles. One short section could be slightly tricky / slippery if wet. Could meet some livestock but not very likely. Suitable for dogs on leads.
Bring refreshments for a snack break.
