A ramble from the Carpenters Arms in Dale Abbey (The Landlord has agreed for us to use the carpark if we come in for a drink after the walk). Setting off from the village pub, making our way through Hermits wood and arriving at Locko Park lake for a coffee stop. The route then takes is back towards Wilson and through a few fields back to finish in Dale Abbey.
I will put the walk down as "Moderate" as it is still a bit wet and slippery underfoot.
Plenty of car paring at rear of Pub, but if you don't want to stop for a drink or Lunch, maybe best to park on the mainroad in village. I will check for numbers for drinks and lunch during the walk so I can notify the pub Landlord
