We are the Devon Bootlegs Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is a circular route with a difference. We begin with a boat trip from Totnes down the River Dart to Dartmouth. The return walk follows the Dart Valley Trail, a long distance footpath. The route offers varied terrain with woodlands, riverside views, stretches of open countryside and beautiful Devon villages. Although this walk has been graded as moderate there is considerable elevation change throughout the route. We will be catching the 10.15am ferry from Steamer Quay in Totnes.

For those of you who are able to commit to this walk, I would strongly recommend that you buy your boat tickets in advance to avoid disappointment on the day.
The online booking system looks a bit limited (on my phone at least) so I would suggest calling the office in Totnes.

We have to pick up our boat tickets from kiosk 30 mins before going on boat so need to be at Totnes by 9.45am latest.
