Overview

A gorgeous circular pub walk from Leigh to The Greyhound at Charcott, returning via the Penshurst estate. The walk features bluebells, a bizarre shoe tree and a secretive nuclear bunker

We start in the chocolate box village of Leigh at the Fleur De Lis pub for this 5.5mile, 2-3hrs walk.

We include  history from the (lack of) influence of the Milk Marketing board and how milk was transported to monitoring of nuclear attacks and the Cuban missle crisis!
