Overview

A moderate 9 km (6.5 miles), varied, circular walk. Starting at Craflwyn Hall, we soon reach the remains of a wooded, rocky Iron Age hilIfort associated with legends of King Arthur, Vortigern and Merlin, and then proceed slowly up graded tracks and footpaths over moorland affording fine views, before descending down the lower part of the Watkin Path, taking optional refreshments at the Caffi Gwynant, with a final half circuit of Llyn Dinas.
