We are the Mid Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Morning walk for New Year’s Eve. This walk leaves the centre of Ditchling and we head for Westmeston. The walk is designed as a winter walk and is mainly on lanes and bridleways. Obviously there may be mud in some places so please wear suitable footwear. There are no stiles on this walk and it is relatively flat.
We pass the 2 local churches on the route. There will be a longer version of this walk on the 9th of January passing 5 local churches.
After the walk you may wish to visit one of the pubs or cafes in the centre of Ditchling.
