We are the Bromley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Edenbridge we set off towards Haxted, then South towards Starborough Castle, passing Smoaky Cottage and Christmas Mill to arrive at Marsh Green for lunch. Retracing our steps over a short distance we return to Edenbridge via Delaware Farm. The route has been chosen with a view to minimising the famous Edenbridge flood-plain mud. Lunch will be a picnic on the green at Marsh Green - there is, unfortunately, no pub - don't be misled by the symbol on the OS map- the pub was converted to houses some time ago. A flat walk but there are stiles and railed footbridges to be negotiated.
Edenbridge - meet in town centre car park (free). NB WC in car park is now closed on Sundays.
