A circular walk around the undulating fields and farmland to the west of Duffield. We start by following a short stretch of the River Ecclesbourne, then ascending through the more salubrious suburbs of Duffield, skirting the golf course till we reach higher ground with extensive views. The walk continues over pastureland and farm tracks to Quarndon Hill, from where we descend back into Duffield (more nice views) and along a stretch of the A6 back to the car park. Around a dozen stiles, one particularly awkward broken one.
