From the parking area (Potters Bank) we go up through the University colleges via pavements and roads, we then head toward the cock'o'the North Roundabout and turn left just after the cemetery and go through Blaid's and University woods to Maiden Castle. We cross the river at Maiden Castle and follow the river tow path to Prebends Bridge which we cross to get back to the cars.
Not suitable for dogs.
