Overview

Walk amongst a carpet of wild daffodils (Lent lillies) and bluebells in the ‘Golden Triangle’ from Dymock, Kempley & Oxenhall following the Daffodil Way. As featured in April 2021 BBC Episode 14 of Countryfile.

Don’t forget packed lunch/fluids.

Optional visit to Beauchamp Arms Pub or St Mary's Church, Dymock, if open for homemade cake and tea part way round.

Forestry Commission Shaw Common free Car Park, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire GL18 1RW (destination is several yards earlier in Google maps, opposite a house / cottage). Car park is small so try to car share if you can.
