Join guest leader John for a Moderate-grade (C+) 9-mile walk starting at the car park at Dyserth Waterfall.
From the waterfall the walk heads south towards the village of Cwm, passing beneath the bald hill known as Y Foel (Moel Hirradug). Beyond Cwm we reach the highest point of the walk (900 ft) on the slopes of Mynydd y Cwm. From there we turn north, following Offa's Dyke Path via Marian Cwm and Marian Mills to return to Dyserth via the Prestatyn Way, a repurposed disused railway line.
Bring a packed lunch.
Dogs
Deeside Group has a policy of not allowing dogs on its walks.
Assistance dogs may be permitted, but only by prior arrangement with the walk leader.
